Have you or would you let your kids see Rocky: yes, I'd let them go to Rocky. Compared to what's on TV nowadays, Rocky is pretty tame!
What I'm doing these days: I work at a pharmaceutical company. When I'm not working, I'm pretty much into self-indulging with the fine foods/wines, shopping, jet skiing, snow skiing, and channel surfing.
People from Rocky I've kept in touch with: Vicki Estes, Goldie Bloom, Seana Nysewander... pretty much everyone from Carlsbad Rocky is still in contact with each other.
Why I first went to Rocky: Vicki Estes dragged me there against my will one time and I've never made it home by curfew since.
How I started performing: I don't know, but Vicki Estes probably shoved me into it
Food I ordered after the show: french fries and ranch dressing (Kelly started it!)
I last performed: in 1983
Before the reunion, I last saw Rocky: in 1983. I've never watched it at home. To me, it wasn't about the movie; it was about the people.
Did I buy the Rocky DVD? no
My favorite Rocky memories: when the Jehovah's Witnesses came to Rocky to try to save us
Those were some of the best times of my life, and I wouldn't trade them in for anything. I'm very grateful to have been a part of the family. |
